New in public-private partnership and experience of implementation of concession agreements

In the Russian Government Analytical Centre in October, 2015 the All-Russian seminar according to the program will take place: "New in public-private partnership and experience implementation of concession agreements".

At a seminar recommendations to application of the new Federal law No. 224-FZ of July 13, 2015 "About public-private partnership" and the changes of 2015 in the law "About Concession Agreements" aimed at the development of interaction of the power and business, creating favorable conditions for private investments, expansion of scope of concession agreements, elimination of administrative barriers will be considered.

During a seminar reports will be made by developers of the Federal law "About concession agreements", representatives of the Russian Government Analytical Centre, Federal Antimonopoly Service. Housing and Communal Services Development non-profit partnership, Institute of a City Economy Fund.

In the Russian Government Analytical Centre in October, 2015 will take place All-Russian To participation in a seminar heads and specialists of public utilities, energy drinks, transport and the social sphere are invited.
