Russian-Chinese business forum of small and average business

Dear businessmen and heads of the enterprises!

During the period from May 30 to May 31, 2016 in the city of Sochi the Russian-Chinese business forum of small and average business will take place.

Mission of a forum is development of the platform of direct contacts of representatives of business circles of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China and the organizations involved in formation of the favorable business environment, and also creation of positive conditions for development of cooperation of small and medium business of two countries acting on the constant basis including practical instruments and mechanisms of interaction, the presentation of investment projects.

Preferential terms of participation are provided to the enterprises registered in the territory of Krasnodar Krai: the cost of participation in the Forum makes 30 000 rub.

In cost it is included:

• participation in events of the Forum (plenary sessions, round tables, B2B-meetings);
• visit of an exhibition;
• selection of contacts for B2B-meetings;
• "B2 of V-cafe" (the platform for B2B-meetings + free tea / coffee, snek within 2 days of the Forum);
• placement of information on participants in the catalog;
• the organization of the translation (synchronous at plenary sessions and round tables, consecutive at B2B-meetings);
• catering services (pas lunches to the platform of a forum in the first and second days);
• the organization of a transfer from the airport of Sochi in bare "Tulip Inn Omega Sochi", "Hotel Sochi AZIMUT" and "Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre. Sochi" and from hotels in the airport during the period from 0:00 o'clock on May 29 but 12.00 hours on June 1:
• the organization of a transfer from hotel to the Forum venue (for the participants living in hotel "Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre. Sochi". The Tulip Inn Omega Sochi hotel is within walking distance from ploshat the Forum).

We pay your attention that cost hasn't included expenses on flight, accommodation, and also participation in an exhibition as an exhibitor - they are paid by participants separately.
