Seminar "Protection temper of the manufacturer, seller, contractor or legal methods of control of consumer extremism"

Dear entrepreneurs and heads of the entities!

State unitary enterprise of Krasnodar Krai "Center of information technologies" (further - GONG KK of "TsIT") protection temper of the manufacturer, seller, contractor or legal methods of control of consumer extremism" holds a seminar ".

How to protect the rights to the consumer as a result of poor rendered service, the performed work or sold to a thing of inadequate quality all of us know firsthand. But how to behave to the seller (the manufacturer, the contractor) in case of excessive persistence of the consumer or if requirements of the last are obviously overestimated? The law costs on the party of the consumer, court practice also, most often, maintains "weakness" which often breaks the principle of "not abuse of the right". To collect the threefold cost of goods, work or service quite really, but whether it answers a concept of justice?

The offered seminar is directed to forming by the seller, producer, contractor of strategy of protection of the rights, aimed at practical application of provisions of the current legislation for protection of legitimate interests of this group of subjects, constructed on practical examples of court practice both Krasnodar Krai, and Russia in general.

The seminar is conducted by E. L. Elets, Candidate of Law Sciences, the associate professor of the criminal law and criminology of the Kuban State University, the associate professor of management and marketing of the Krasnodar regional institute of agrobusiness. The practicing lawyer since 2000 (representation of interests of physical persons and legal entities in courts of law and arbitration tribunal; disputes over cases of consumer protection; protection of interests of physical persons and legal entities in production on cases of administrative offenses, etc.).

The event is held on November 15, 2016 from 10-00 till 17-00 in SUE KK TsIT to the address: city of Krasnodar, Severnaya St., 490 (BC Kutuzovsky, 11th floor).  

Upon termination of a seminar each participant will receive the registered certificate. The cost of participation of one listener in a seminar constitutes (on the terms of 100% of an advance payment of services):

• 7500 rubles in case of application till 06.11.2016;
• 8500 rubles in case of application after 06.11.2016.
