According to the federal legislation JSC MSP Corporation is given authority on evaluating compliance of drafts of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, innovative and high-technology products, medicines of the specific customers approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.11.2015 No. 2258-r.
For the purpose of determination of production capabilities of subjects of a small and average entrepreneurship (further - the subject of MSP) and their timely informing on a possibility of participation in procurement of JSC MSP Corporation forming of the list of subjects of MSP ready to act as product suppliers and capable to issue the declared specific and certain customers approved by orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.11.2015 No. 2258-r, of 19.04.2016 No. 717-r, the product range (further - the nomenclature) included in sections of plans of purchase of goods, works, services for 2016 performs.
