Temryuk district plans to implement a project on the construction of a shopping mall and a coach station complex

The municipality invites the investors to participate in the implementation of an investment project on the construction of a shopping mall and a coach station complex.

As envisaged by the project, the construction of necessary buildings, facilities as well as the acquisition and assembly of the equipment will be organized in the city of Temryuk. By reaching the estimated capacity, transportation services will be provided for 200,000 people per year while 180,000 sq.m. of shopping area will be leased out. The project is targeted at rendering services to the local community and guests of the city and to entrepreneurs interested in leasing the shopping areas.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 533.58 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 48 new jobs.

A land plot of 35,027 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. The distance of Southern Bypass of Temryuk is 1km. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Temryuk is 10 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 7 km.
