The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes to lease an investment site to construct a cafe

The Municipal Formation will provide investors on a leasehold basis an investment site to construction a cafe.

A land plot located on the banks of the Kuban River is proposed to be used for the construction of a cafe.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 2,793 sq. m. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "South bypass of Temryuk" (3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk - Kerch Strait" is 13 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 163 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 5 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the sea port of Temryuk is 5 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 50 m, to the water system is 1,000 m, to the gas supply system is 550 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 3.57 million rubles.
