The Municipal Formation Temryuk District provides an investment attractive land plot for the construction of the retail and office center

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to rent a land plot for the construction of the retail and office center.

The new retail and office center is planned to be built in Temryuk. To implement the project, the Municipal Formation provides an investment attractive land plot located in the southern part of the city.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 3,200 sq. m. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, South bypass of the city of Temryuk" (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk – Kerch Channel" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 10 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the sea port of Temryuk is 7 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 2,000 m, to the gas supply system is 150 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 9 million rubles.
