The Temryuk District Offers to Implement a Profitable Investment Project
The Municipal Formation Temryuk District offers to take financial part in the construction of production facilities.
The Municipal Formation Temryuk District of the Krasnodar Region offers to implement a project on the construction of production facilities for the storage and sale of construction materials. According to estimations, the total volume of the production and sales of services will be 40 thousand rubles per year. The presented project is focused on the distributor companies, trading networks and manufacturer companies. It is also forecasted that services provided by the production facilities will be in demand among the residents of the region and Russia.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 95.15 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 24 new jobs.
A land plot of 6,648 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "Temryuk city – Phontalovskaya Cossack village" (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.01 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Temryuk is 2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 3 km.
