It is planned to implement a large agrarian project in Temryuk district

The municipality encourages investors to participate in the implementation of an investment project on the construction of a milk products’ complex for 1200 heads.

The implementation of the project stipulates the organization of the construction of a farm for 1,200 cows of milking herd. The milk products’ complex will consist of two loose-housing barns meant for 600 heads each. It is planned to merchandise products to the processing enterprises of milk industry.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 264.67 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 34 new jobs.

A land plot of 752,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located near the farm of Belyi. There is an access roads (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city –Anapa city" is 17 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 23 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 163 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Krasnaya Strela is 8 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 23 km.
