The Municipal Formation Temryuk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes an investment project for the construction of the plant for the production of starch and molasses

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement an investment project for the construction of the plant for the production of starch and molasses.

The implementation of the proposed project intends the establishment of the modern production of starch and molasses. The production is planned to be placed in the industrial zone of Temryuk town on a land plot of 75,119 sq. m. The planned plant will annually process 150 tons of corn per year.

The project needs 1,619.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 213 new jobs.

A land plot of 75,119 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "Temryuk city – Fontalovskaya village" (30m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk – Krasnodar - Kropotkin" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 3 km.
