Carrying out poll of businessmen

Dear businessmen!

Three years ago the autonomous non-profit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives of Promotion of New Projects" (further - Agency) began realization of the National Enterprise Initiative (NEI) urged to improve considerably business conditions in the country. For the first time in the contemporary history of Russia businessmen worked on "road maps" (the plans of action on improvement of business climate of the Russian Federation) together with authorities and expert community. Within NPI it was developed and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of 11 "road maps".

They include the concrete normative legal acts created for simplification of business in our country. Innovations within "road maps" concerned practically all spheres, important for business, including acceleration and reduction in cost of procedures of connection to power networks, registration of legal entities and the property rights, constructions, customs regulation, access to purchases of state companies, etc. On "road maps" more than 70% of the demanded normative legal acts are adopted already, work on preparation of the remained documents actively is continued.

However, and the held events, or absence that, only the businessman who daily within the work faces administrative barriers is capable to estimate real advantage of the bills which came into force fully and sees, whether it became valid now easier, the cheapest way and quicker to do business.

The agency invites businessmen to take part in the analysis of efficiency of the taken measures for improvement of investment climate.

For carrying out poll in the Internet network electronic questionnaires in the following directions of road maps are online prepared:

• "Increase of availability of power infrastructure";
• "Development of the competition and improvement of the antimonopoly policy";
• "Support of access to the markets of foreign countries and export support";
• "Improvement of customs administration";
• "Improvement of quality of the state services in the sphere of the state cadastral accounting of real estate and the state registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with it";
• "Expansion of access for subjects of small and average business to purchases of infrastructure monopolies and the companies with the state participation";
• "Optimization of procedures of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs";
• "Improvement of quality of the regulatory environment for business";
• "Improvement of legal regulation of town-planning activity and improvement of enterprise climate in the sphere of construction";
• "Improvement of tax administration".
