Free seminars for businessmen

JSC Institute of Social Technologies together with JSC Tender by request of department of support of business activity and foreign economic relations of Krasnodar Krai holds two-day free seminars on a subject: "Anti-recessionary marketing in operation and modern control systems of an internal information resource of the company".

For participation in seminars subjects of small and average business, and also their workers are invited.

The purpose of seminars – to develop at listeners of seminars theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of anti-recessionary management and application of information and communication technologies in business.

During seminars the following questions will be considered:

• a choice and use of the most effective instruments of marketing in compliance with a type of business;
• development and implementation of programs of deduction of regular customers;
• ways of an assessment of satisfaction of clients and creation of the effective communication program of work with them;
• measurement of competitiveness of the product;
• cut in expenditure on business development, activization of sales without investments in advertizing, effective use of the budget on publicity;
• the organization of work of sales department by means of the Bitriks 24 software product;
• increase in repeated sales due to process approach and optimization of business processes;
• an operating control of employment and absence of employees online (history according to the transaction, quantity of calls in a day, number of e-mail messages in a day, number of the created companies and contacts);
• increase of efficiency of internal communications;
• reduction of costs for search of the necessary information;
• acceleration of process of adaptation of the new personnel.
