Temryuk district of Krasnodar region presents a project on the construction of a health resort complex

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a health resort complex in the village Primorsky.

Within the pending investment project it is planned to construct a multipurpose health-recreation complex on the bank of Taman Bay aimed at providing services in the healthcare, physical training and sports, cultural & entertainment areas and other services with the use of the advanced technologies. The facility will include: a hotel complex for 220 rooms; a wellness complex Medical SPA; tennis courts; a restaurant complex; an aqua-center and a conference-hall. The main consumers of the services will be sports organizations and clubs of Krasnodar region and Russia, at large, as well as residents of the region and other citizens.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 350 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 56 new jobs.

A land plot of 115,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the settlement of Primorskiy. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 50 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 190 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Taman is 6.2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 61 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 52 km.
