The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes a profitable investment project for the construction of greenhouses
An investment project for the construction of greenhouses is proposed to entrepreneurs.
It is planned to construct greenhouses for growing vegetables as part of the project. The total area of the greenhouse complex will be 17,000 sq. m. 765 tons of vegetables: 425 tons of tomatoes and 340 tons of cucumbers will be grown there per year. The products are planned to be implemented through vegetable shops and markets of the Temryuk District and trading networks of Russia and the Krasnodar Region.
A land plot with an area of 612,000 sq. m. is allocated to implement the project. The site is located south-west of Belyi farm. Approach lines are in 100 m; the distance to the federal highway ‘Temryuk – Anapa’ is 17 km.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 70.14 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.
A land plot of 612,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in south-west of Belyi farm. There is a local road, access roads (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Anapa" is 17 km.
The distance from the municipal center of city Temryuk is 23 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 163 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Krasnaya Strela is 8 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 23 km.
