Carrying out poll about improvement of business and investment climate

Four years ago the autonomous non-profit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives of Promotion of New Projects" (further - Agency) has begun realization of the National Enterprise Initiative (NEI) urged to improve considerably business conditions in the country. For the first time in the contemporary history of Russia businessmen worked on "road maps" (the action plans for improvement of business climate of the Russian Federation) together with authorities and expert community. Within NPI it has been developed and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of 11 "road maps".

They include the concrete normative legal acts created for simplification of business in our country. Innovations within "road maps" have concerned practically all spheres, important for business, including acceleration and reduction in cost of procedures of connection to power networks, registration of legal entities and the property rights, constructions, customs regulation, access to purchases of state companies, etc. On "road maps" more than 90% of the required normative legal acts are adopted already, work on preparation of the remained documents actively is continued.

The agency according to the list of instructions on implementation of the Message of the Russian President will organize monitoring of application in subjects of the Russian Federation of the regulations issued for realization of "road maps".

And the held events, or absence that, only the businessman who daily within the work faces administrative barriers and sees whether really now it became easier, cheaper and to do business quicker is fully capable to estimate real advantage of the bills which have come into force.

In this regard the Agency invites businessmen to take part in the analysis of efficiency of the taken measures for improvement of investment climate.
