In administration of the Temryuk district the meeting of council for business has taken place

On April 14, 2017 the meeting of council for business at the head of the municipality has taken place the Temryuk district.

Petrichenko Svetlana Aleksandrovna – the leading expert of department of licensing of alcoholic products of department of the consumer sphere and regulation of the market of alcohol of Krasnodar Krai has taken part in work of council for business. Svetlana Aleksandrovna has acquainted participants of council for business with changes of the legislation regulating turnover of alcoholic products. Svetlana Aleksandrovna has designated the main requirements of the federal and regional legislation, special requirements to retail of alcoholic products, retail of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering, and also to consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products.

Cherenkova Natalya Vasilyevna is the chief specialist expert of territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor in Krasnodar Krai in the resort town of Anapa, the Temryuk district I have told about the sanepidemiologicheskikh requirements to stationary and non-stationary objects of the consumer sphere.

Also Natalya Vasilyevna has reported about need of the direction of notices of the beginning of implementation of business activity, namely types of business activity when which opening businessmen are obliged to carry out notices in bodies of the state control (supervision), an order and rules of submission of notices, granting terms.

This portal allows subjects of small and average business free of charge in the mode of "one window" to obtain the full volume of necessary information for opening and conducting the business: to learn about what business it is better to open what investments and documents for this purpose will be necessary, to make the approximate business plan, to calculate demand for goods and services of the chosen business, to learn about measures of support of small and medium business, to pick up for rent the room for business, to obtain information on plans of purchases of the largest companies with the state participation.

Regional non-profit organizations have informed participants of a measure of support of small and medium business, also guarantees when receiving the credits are rendered at the regional level in the form of granting loans on preferential interest rates (from 6,25 to 10% per annum).

Also the question "About Implementation of Municipal Control of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" has been considered.
