Russian-Austrian business council

On September 14 the current year in Moscow the next meeting of the Russian-Austrian business council will take place. Council represents the effective instrument of cooperation of the Russian and Austrian businessmen which holds meetings of time in a year.

In work of Council there are two leading directions: modernization of the Russian economy through cooperation with the Austrian business and innovative and technological cooperation on a wide range of branches (mechanical engineering, power, energy saving, construction and production of building materials, housing and communal services, ecology, transport, processing of agricultural products, medicine, biomedicine, pharmaceutics, production of the equipment for the food and medical industry, development of tourist and improving infrastructure). Council pays attention to questions of attraction of the Austrian investments into economy of Russia, first of all in hi-tech sectors. Presentations of the Russian regions and the companies, the perspective directions of interaction will for this purpose be organized, proposals of the Austrian partners are considered.
