State support of small and medium business

Development of small and average business is the priority direction of policy of the Russian Federation.

The administration of Krasnodar Krai pays to this direction special attention at the legislative and administrative level, including in the form of allocation of considerable financial resources on support of small and medium business in the territory of the region.

For creating favorable conditions for development of small and average business, expansion of access to financial resources the unitary non-profit microfinancial organization "Fund of Microfinancing of Subjects of Small and Average Business of Krasnodar Krai" and unitary non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of Support of Small Business Entities of Krasnodar Krai" work.

Today in the territory of the region unique conditions of the state support of small and average business for receiving financial aid in the amount up to 3 000 000 rubles on favorable terms from 6,25% to 10% per annum for a period of up to 36 months are created.

The guarantee fund of Krasnodar Krai provides guarantees to subjects of small and average business of Krasnodar Krai on the bank credits and bank guarantees at insufficiency of own mortgage providing. The money provided from regional and federal budgets is providing according to the guarantees issued by Guarantee fund.
