Temryuk district of Krasnodar region presents a project on the construction of a country recreation and retreat center

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a country recreation and retreat center.

As envisaged by the project, the construction of a country recreation and retreat center providing health treatment services will be set up. According to the estimations, up to 1,020 vacation vouchers with therapeutic services for 2 persons for a period of 21 days will be sold per year. It is expected that the services of the recreation and retreat center will be of demand among the local community, residents of Krasnodar region, community of Russia and foreign tourists. 

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 90 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 44 new jobs.

A land plot of 23,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Golubitskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Temryuk city – Fontalovskaya Cossack village" (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 172 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Temryuk is 12 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 12 km.
