Temryuk district offers an investment project on the construction of a roadside complex
Investors are offered to participate in the implementation of a profitable project in the consumer sector.
This project provides for the construction of a new roadside complex in Temryuk district of Krasnodar region.
It will include: a service station for automobiles, a ñar wash as well as a café, a shop of related products, a parking lot and a hotel. As expected, the complex services will be of demand among residents of the district, region and across the entire country.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 349 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 20 new jobs.
A land plot of 38,830 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, A-290 «Novorossiysk city – Kerch Strait» (0.04 km), there. The distance to the federal highway A-289 «Krasnodar city -Slavyansk-on Kuban city – Temryuk city» is 0.04 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Temryuk is 2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 4 km.
