The area of investment-attractive plot is 76,054 sq. m. The site is located in the settlement of Volna. There is a local road, there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 8.2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 80 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 210 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Taman is 1 km, to the Anapa Airport is 80 km, and to the seaport of Taman is 3 km.
