Temryuk district presents a profitable consumer project

The municipality offers the investors to implement an investment project on the construction of a roadside complex for servicing heavy truck transport and organization of an agricultural fair.

The purpose of the presented investment project is to set up the construction of a facility for providing tire fitting services, automobile washer facility and parking lot for motor truck. It is also planned to equip the territory for shopping pavilions and fair. It is forecasted that by reaching the maximum capacity, yearly the enterprise will provide tire fitting services for 5,880 motor truck, automobile washer services for 5,760 cars, parking lot – for 50 heavy vehicles, 2,000 sq.m. of shopping area and fair area. The main consumers of the complex services will be the local community as well as drivers of heavy vehicles moving by transit.     

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 20.12 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 15,907 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in farm of Belyi. There is a local road, "Temryuk city – Anapa city" (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city -  Kerch Strait" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 23 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 163 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Krasnaya Strela is 8 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 23 km.
