Temryuk district presents a profitable project on the construction of an entertainment complex

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of an entertainment complex "Silk road".

It is expected to implement an investment project on the construction and follow-up operation of an entertainment complex "Silk road" in the Cossack village of Taman. The complex will incorporate: night and billiard clubs, bowling and sports-bar, restaurant and summer café, cinema, wellness center (fitness, sauna). The estimated capacity of the complex will be: night club (bars and restaurant) for 150 seats; cinema for 100 seats; bowling for 4 lanes. According to the project, the consumers of complex services will be local residents, community of Krasnodar region and Russia and foreign tourists.    

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 30 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 20,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Taman Cossack village. There is a local road, "Taman Cossack village –Veselovka Cossack village" (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 25 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 80 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 209 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Starotitarovskaya is 17.5 km, to the Anapa Airport is 90 km, and to the seaport of Taman is 10 km.
