The Municipal Formation Temryuk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes to implement the project on constructing of the industrial enterprise
Entrepreneurs are invited to take part in the project to finance the construction of the industrial enterprise.
The project suggests organizing the construction of the plant for the vinyl siding production. At full capacity, the plant will produce annually 328,000 sq. m. of PVC products. It is planned to implement the products to industrial customers (construction and mounting organizations), as well as private persons (individual developers).
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.33 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 18 new jobs.
A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk. There is a local road, "Temryuk-Fontalovskaya" (0.04km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk ¾ Dzhiginka" is 0.15 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 140 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 3 km.
