The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes an investment project for the construction of the hotel and residential complex

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to implement the project for the construction of the hotel and residential complex "Yantarnyi".

The project includes the construction of the hotel complex. It is also planned to create a park, a natural terrace, an autocamping area and summer houses. As a result, the area of the buildings of ​​the hotel zone will be 23.7 thousand sq. m.; the area of the territory of the residential buildings will be 57.55 thousand sq. m., and the area of the shopping territory will be 15 thousand sq. m. The project is focused on several categories of consumers. In particular, management companies will be consumers of the recreational facilities, and tourists will be end-consumers of the services. Residents of the Krasnodar Region and migrants from Russia’s regions are suggested to be consumers of the residential facilities.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 674.69 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 7 years, and the return on investment period is 12 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,180,811 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Veselovka village. There is a local road, "Taman-Veselovka" (3km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-25 "Novorossiysk – Kerch" is 25 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk is 60 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 220 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Anapa is 90 km, to the Anapa Airport is 85 km, and to the seaport of "Kavkaz" is 60 km.
