The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes a project in the field of health resort and tourist complex

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to invest in the construction of a cottage complex with resort infrastructure elements.

The presented investment project intends to organize the construction of the cottage complex with resort infrastructure elements in the village of Garkusha of the Krasnodar Region. In total, the complex will include 10 houses with building surrounding grounds; the area of each house will be 120 sq. m. The resort infrastructure elements will include 10 guest houses; each of them will include 5 double rooms of the ‘standard’ class. It is suggested that the main consumers of services will be local residents, the population of the Russian Federation and foreign tourists.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 79.93 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Garkusha village. There is a local road, "Zaporozhskaya Cossack village – Garkusha village" (3.6km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk ¾ Kerch Strait" is 6.6 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 40 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 40 km, to the Anapa Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 40 km.
