The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes an investment attractive land plot for the construction of the eco-tourism center

The Municipal Formation proposes to lease a land plot to implement an investment project for the construction of the eco-tourism center.

The Municipal Formation plans to use the land plot to implement the project in the consumer field – the ecotourism center will be built in the Cossack village of Golubitskaya.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 5,702 sq. m. The site is located in Golubitskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Temryuk-Fontalovskaya" (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 172 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 12 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the sea port of Temryuk is 12 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 100 m, to the water system is 100 m, to the gas supply system is 1,200 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 3.40 million rubles.
