The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes an investment project for the construction of the youth recreation center

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to finance the project for the construction of the youth recreation center "PortOle!".

The investment project intends the establishment of the large-scale recreational complex "PortOle!". In the future, it will be a large-scale resort property of the hotel and entertainment purposes, a youth theme park for summer holidays of international level on the coast with developed entertainment and exhibition infrastructure and with low-rise accommodation facilities. The project is aimed at young people aged 18-35. It will take more than 450,000 people when running at full capacity in the season.

The project needs 5,217.28 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 8.4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 1,500 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,683,517 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kuchugury resort village. There is a local road, "Fontalovskaya village ¾ Kuchugury village" (2.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-25 "Novorossiysk - ¾ Kerch Strait" is 2.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 37 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 170 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Anapa is 70 km, to the Anapa Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 34 km.
