The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes to implement the project on constructing a shopping center and a bus station complex

The Municipal Formation invites investors to participate in the implementation of the investment project on constructing a shopping center and a bus station complex.

As provided by the project, the construction of the necessary buildings and facilities and purchasing and installation of equipment will be established in Temryuk. At full capacity, transportation services will be provided to 200,000 people a year, and 180 thousand sq. m. of the retail space will be rented. The project is focused on providing services to the local population and visitors, as well as entrepreneurs interested in leasing retail spaces.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 303.06 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 38 new jobs.

A land plot of 35,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "South bypass of the city of Temryuk" (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk - Kerch Strait" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 10 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 7 km.
