The Municipal Formation Temryuk District provides an investment site in the consumer sector

The Municipal Formation proposes entrepreneurs to rent a land plot for the project in the consumer sector.

A land plot of up to 350 sq. m. is planned to be used for the purpose of the construction of the municipal storage enterprises and wholesale retail facilities.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "Temruk city –Fontalovskaya village" (30 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk ¾ Krasnodar ¾ Kropotkin ¾ border of Stavropol region" is10 m.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 2 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the sea port of Temryuk is 3 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 380 m, to the gas supply system is 230 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 2.4 million rubles.
