The Municipal Formation Temryuk District provides to implement a mega-project on comprehensive development of the embankment

The Municipal Formation Temryuk District proposes entrepreneurs to invest in a large-scale investment project "Comprehensive Development of the Embankment".

Implementation of the presented project involves the construction of the embankment of 2 km long near the Kuban River in Temryuk. It is also planned to build 3 seven-storey 3-sectional houses with residential of 16,400 sq. m., a hotel complex of 2-4 floors and 2 modern cafés. The project provides for the arrangement of a land plot for leisure and sports activities, an amusement park, a water park, a social and entertainment complex and a summer stage. The design capacity of the complex will be about 38,000 sq. m. The main consumers of the services will be local residents and legal entities with above or below average income levels.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,845.66 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 109 new jobs.

A land plot of 205,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Temryuk city. There is a local road, "South bypass of the city of Temryuk" (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk - Kerch Strait" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 10 km, to the Anapa Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 7 km.
