The Municipal Formation Temryuk District provides to implement a project on constructing a cottage

The Municipal Formation invites investors to participate in the implementation of the investment project on constructing a cottage with resort infrastructure elements.

Presented investment project provides for work on constructing a cottage; a total area of the territory will be 9,200 sq. m. In total, 92 cottages will be built. Facilities of the hotel-purpose total area of ​​1,200 sq. m. are planned to be built as part of the project as well. As a result, 8 mini-hotels of 150 sq.m. area each will be built. The hotel can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The project focuses on medium income inhabitants of the Krasnodar Region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 300.34 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 8 new jobs.

A land plot of 112,200 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Zaporozhskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Zaporozhskaya Cossack village – Garkusha village" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk -Kerchensky Strait" is 3.6 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Temryuk city is 35 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 175 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Temryuk is 35 km, to the Anapa Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport "Kavkaz"is 20 km.
