Construction of two multifunctional roadside service zones

Within the agreements on the implementation of large-scale investment projects signed by the Ministry of the Fuel and Energy Complex, Housing, and Utilities of the Krasnodar Region and Lukoil-Yugnefteprodukt LLC signed in September 2017, two investment projects were implemented: 1) construction of a multifunctional roadside service zone at the 25th km +400 m of the approach road (to the left) from the Novorossiysk – Kerch Strait M-25 Highway to the city of Kerch and the dry-cargo area of Taman Seaport of the Krasnodar Region, and 2) construction of a multifunctional roadside service zone at the 26th km +400 m of the approach road (to the right) from the Novorossiysk – Kerch Strait M-25 Highway to the city of Kerch and the dry-cargo area of Taman Seaport of the Krasnodar Region.

The project was implemented in 3 stages:

In October 2019, the 1st stage of the construction – a multi-fuel filling station including a service building for drivers and passengers – was completed;
in June 2020, the 2nd stage of the construction – a motel for 20 double rooms including for limited mobility people with the Fanagoriya brand store – was completed.
In the 1st half of 2021, a block of consumer services and a public catering building (KFC) were constructed as part of the 3rd stage.

The volume of investments for the project amounted to about 850 million rubles. 143 jobs were created.
